NOTE: This sit-up bar can be used repeatedly on smooth floors or surfaces. Clean the surface area before use and place the suction cup down when using. Clean any dust or dirt from the rubber bottom of the suction cup. Keep the rubber wet, so that the suction cup can affix the equipment on the ground more firmly.
